Services

Prosper water damage services, one job at a time

Almost every water loss follows the same order: stop the source, remove the water, dry the structure, then repair. What differs is the source, and that decides who you need and how urgent it is.

Choosing

Which page fits what happened in your house

If the water came from a supply line and the leak has stopped, begin with extraction and drying. If the cold caused it, or you suspect it did, read burst pipe water damage, because lines can leak in several places. If water or warmth is showing up through a floor with no obvious source, go to slab leak water damage. If anything has come up from a drain, sewage backup cleanup is the one that applies, and it changes what is safe to touch.

Most jobs touch more than one of these. A split pipe still needs extraction, and a slab leak still needs drying. The pages are separated so you can find the part you need quickly and know what to ask.

Common ground

What all four jobs share

All of these jobs depend on speed, because wet materials left for more than a day or two can begin to grow mold. All of them depend on measurement, since a dry surface says little about the framing behind it. And all of them benefit from photographs taken early, before anything is moved, which your insurer may want to see. This site is a referral line, so the contractor you speak with on the call is the one to explain how their own work would go.
